Senior Mechanical/Plumbing Design-Engineer
Senior Mechanical/Plumbing Design-Engineer position in Los Angeles, CA
We are an established MEP Design/Engineering firm that works on mid- and large- commercial Mechanical, Electrical and Plumbing Design and Engineering projects throughout Southern California. We are currently hiring a Senior Engineer to add to our team.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients and prospective clients on current and upcoming projects
- Review and approve final engineering designs before submittals
- Lead Plumbing/HVAC project teams
Requirements:
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or similar
- PE License or EIT
- Stable work-history working for Design-Build Mechanical Contractor or other MEP Design Engineer
- 8+ years of Design/Engineering experience
- Extensive knowledge and experience in Plumbing and HVAC Systems
- Familiar with Title 24, CA Plumbing and HVAC Codes
- Design-Software experience working with AutoCAD, AutoCAD MEP, Revit, Navisworks
- Engineering-Software experience working with Trane Trace, Carrier HAP, and eQuest
