RN - Emergency

Job Title: RN Emergency (Full-Time Nights)
Location: Torrance, California
Salary Range: As per Exp.
Schedule: Full-Time, 12-hour Night Shifts

Client, is seeking dedicated Registered Nurses to join our Emergency Department Night Shift team. • Deliver patient-centered, evidence-based nursing care in the Emergency Department.

• Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

• Monitor, assess, and document patient conditions accurately and promptly.

• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

• Provide emotional support and education to patients and their families.

• Maintain compliance with hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.

• Active California Registered Nurse License upon hire.

• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications from the American Heart Association upon hire.

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in an acute care/hospital setting (as of August 9, 2024).

• Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience in a dedicated hospital Emergency Department.

• National Certification in Emergency Nursing (CEN) or related specialty.
