Senior Business Process Lead

Roles & Responsibilities

• Lead the integration of Salesforce environments post-acquisition.
• Use Lean Six Sigma principles to document current processes and develop the integration roadmap.
• Develop and implement processes and technology aligned with a 5+ year vision.
• Navigate ambiguity and effectively communicate with stakeholders at all levels.
• Streamline complex processes and drive technology and process transformation.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
• Train and mentor employees on Lean Six Sigma principles.
• Gather and analyze data to identify root causes of problems.
• Communicate project status and results to stakeholders.
• Stay updated on Lean Six Sigma best practices.
  

Experience Required

• 4+ years of experience in a related and highly regulated industry such as Healthcare, Finance, Pharmaceuticals, or Technology.
• 2+ years of experience in Lean Six Sigma running large-scale projects and cross-functional Kaizen events or Agile Project Management.
• Experience with Salesforce deployments, migrations, and/or integrations.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Skills & Certifications

• Proficiency in Salesforce deployments, migrations, and integrations.
• Experience with Salesforce\'s custom applications.
• Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma principles and methodologies.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively.

Eligibilities & qualifications

Must-Haves:

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• Experience with Salesforce deployments, migrations, and integrations.
• 4+ years of experience in a related industry.
• 2+ years of experience in Lean Six Sigma or Agile Project Management

Nice-to-Haves:

• Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt or Agile Scrum Master Certification.
• Experience in using Lean Six Sigma in services spaces.
• Extensive knowledge of applications such as Salesforce, SAP, Microsoft Power tools.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
