Pay: $22–$24 per hour (based on experience)
Schedule: Full-time and part-time opportunities available • Split coverage between morning and afternoon shifts
Typical Shifts: 7:30 a.m.–1:30 p.m. or 1:30 p.m.–6:30 p.m.
We’re opening a new restaurant at The Dunes in the Promenade in Marina!
Lalla Grill and El Charrito will operate together under one roof — Lalla Grill as a full-service restaurant and El Charrito offering a more casual counter-service experience. Both will share the same kitchen and back-of-house team, with separate dining areas and outdoor patios to create a vibrant, welcoming atmosphere.
We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Manager to help oversee daily operations, support the management team, and ensure exceptional guest experiences at El Charrito Marina.
This position requires fluency in both English and Spanish, as the Manager must communicate clearly with both guests and staff across Front and Back of House.
The Manager reports directly to the Assistant Manager and General Manager and works closely leadership to coordinate operations, uphold standards, and maintain a positive and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Assist the Assistant Manager and General Manager with daily operations and staff scheduling.
- Support and lead Front and Back of House teams during assigned shifts.
- Manage workflows, POS systems, and troubleshoot operational issues.
- Maintain high standards for food quality, cleanliness, and guest service.
- Help oversee inventory, ordering, and cash handling.
- Assist in training and developing team members.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Requirements:
- 4–5 years of work experience, preferably in a restaurant setting.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) required.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Hands-on, team-oriented approach.
- Dependable and organized with attention to detail.

Lalla Grill y El Charrito operarán juntos bajo un mismo techo: Lalla Grill como restaurante de servicio completo y El Charrito ofreciendo una experiencia más informal de servicio en mostrador. Ambos compartirán la misma cocina y el mismo equipo de cocina (Back of House), con áreas de comedor y patios al aire libre separados para crear un ambiente vibrante y acogedor.
Estamos buscando un Gerente confiable y motivado para ayudar a supervisar las operaciones diarias, apoyar al equipo de gestión y garantizar experiencias excepcionales para los clientes en El Charrito Marina.
Este puesto requiere fluidez en inglés y español, ya que el gerente debe comunicarse claramente tanto con los clientes como con el personal de las áreas de servicio (Front of House) y cocina (Back of House).
El Gerente reporta directamente al Subgerente y al Gerente General, y trabaja en estrecha colaboración con el liderazgo para coordinar las operaciones, mantener los estándares y fomentar un ambiente de trabajo positivo y productivo.

Responsabilidades:
- Asistir al Subgerente y al Gerente General con las operaciones diarias y la programación del personal.
- Apoyar y liderar los equipos de servicio y cocina durante los turnos asignados.
- Manejar los flujos de trabajo, los sistemas de punto de venta (POS) y resolver problemas operativos.
- Mantener altos estándares de calidad de alimentos, limpieza y servicio al cliente.
- Ayudar con el inventario, pedidos y manejo de efectivo.
- Apoyar en la capacitación y desarrollo del personal.
- Garantizar el cumplimiento de las normas de salud y seguridad.
Requisitos:
- 4–5 años de experiencia laboral, preferiblemente en un entorno de restaurante.
- Bilingüe (inglés/español) requerido
- Fuertes habilidades de liderazgo y comunicación
- Enfoque práctico y orientado al trabajo en equipo
- Persona confiable, organizada y con atención al detalle
