Job Summary:

We're looking for a motivated and mechanically inclined individual to join our Tool and Die Maker Apprenticeship Program . This paid apprenticeship is a great opportunity to learn from experienced journeypersons while gaining the technical skills needed to become a certified Tool and Die Maker.

What You’ll Learn:

• Blueprint reading and interpretation.
• Operating manual and CNC machines (mills, lathes, grinders, etc.).
• Tool and die fabrication, maintenance, and repair.
• Precision measurement and inspection techniques.
• CAD/CAM software basics.
• Safety standards and quality control processes.

What We’re Looking For:

• High school diploma or GED (required).
• Strong math and mechanical aptitude.
• A committed and motivated individual.
• Eagerness to learn and work with your hands.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous shop or technical experience is a plus, but not required.

Program Details:

• Duration: [Typically 5 years, however this program is taught in 1 year].
• Combination of: On-the-job training and apprenticeship learning.
• Schedule: Mon-Fri, 7am-5pm.
