Product Management Leader
About Auxia
Auxia is an AI-powered Growth and Personalization Platform that is reinventing how companies activate, engage, retain, and monetize their customers. Auxia’s software delivers real-time personalization using ML that treats each customer as a unique individual, effectively creating a “cohort-of-one.” Hundreds of personalized campaigns can be generated and deployed in minutes, eliminating the need for static, rules-based segmentation. Our team’s expertise from companies like Google, Meta, and Lyft drives our mission, focusing on using AI to unlock revenue and cost‑saving potential for enterprises.
About the Role
As Auxia’s Product leader, you’ll develop the strategy and roadmap for core product offerings, leading cross‑functional teams building large‑scale distributed systems, ML models, and AI agents. You'll work closely with both technical and non‑technical teams, ensuring that our solutions cater to the distinct growth needs of large enterprises. Beyond strategy, you’ll play a hands‑on role in the execution of key projects, guiding teams through development cycles, troubleshooting obstacles, and ensuring that deliverables meet customer and business needs. This role involves deep collaboration with engineering, UX, data science, customer success, and sales to deliver robust and scalable solutions. You’ll also participate in planning processes, prioritization, and resource allocation.
Responsibilities
- Develop the core product management practice at Auxia, setting best practices for product development and customer engagement.
- Build and own the strategy and roadmap for the core platform, collaborating closely with engineering and data science teams to develop ML models and AI agents.
- Champion customer needs to shape product features that drive user engagement, retention, and personalized experiences.
- Act as a liaison between Auxia and enterprise stakeholders, aligning cross‑functional teams on goals and expectations.
- Lead the end‑to‑end execution of high‑impact projects, guiding teams through planning, development, and delivery to ensure successful outcomes.
- Define and monitor success metrics, tracking product performance and guiding iteration based on insights.
- Contribute to and foster an agile, data‑driven product culture within Auxia.
Qualifications
- Proven experience managing large‑scale distributed systems and designing experiments for performance and engagement optimization.
- Hands‑on experience with LLM, RAG, information retrieval, and similar techniques in production‑grade systems.
- Familiarity with recommendation systems, feed ranking, and optimization techniques.
- Experience in designing and implementing agentic workflows—systems that leverage autonomous agents for dynamic decision‑making and personalized user interactions.
- Experience working with cloud‑based services to manage and leverage large‑scale data sets.
- Data‑driven decision‑making with strong analytical skills.
- Thrives in ambiguity, with an ownership mindset and willingness to engage cross‑functionally beyond standard responsibilities.
- Ideally 10+ years of experience in product management
