Personal Injury Case Manager Assistant
You will work side by side on a team of dynamic, collaborative, and client-focused professionals who are committed to delivering on our founding core values: Excellence, Teamwork, and Integrity.Â
- Open claims with insurance companies, health insurance subrogation departments, and MediCAL/CARE.
- Request police reports and medical records.
- Schedule doctor appointments and coordinate transportation for clients.
- Verify balances with providers.
- Prepare files to submit to demand writers.
- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred.
- Detail-oriented professional with a positive outlook.
- Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service.
- Ability to handle large volume of personal injury pre-litigation cases.
- Litify or Salesforce experience is a huge plus.
- Type at least 40 wpm.
- This role is on-site, Monday through Friday
- $21.00 - $30.00 per hour depending on experience, plus performance based incentives.Â
