In addition to acquiring new space, the position oversees lease renewals to ensure continuity of operations and compliance with leasing terms. It manages complex lease- and facility-related issues, conducts annual inspections for safety and ADA compliance, administers contracts for facility services, and processes financial transactions and reports tied to leased space. The role also maintains the Lease Management Module in the state’s Fi$CAL system, entering lease data, processing updates, and reconciling payments.
