Job Title: Shipping Clerk

Location:Irvine, CA

Pay Rate: $18.00–$19.00 per hour

Schedule: Monday–Friday | 10:00 AM – 6:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

• Verify carton and shipment accuracy against customer orders using internal systems
• Prepare shipments by selecting appropriate materials and performing wrapping, labeling, and carton organization
• Coordinate domestic and international shipments through major carriers (UPS, FedEx, USPS)
• Manage LTL freight shipments, including preparation of Bills of Lading and related documentation
• Process and maintain accurate shipping documentation
• Use vendor portals to schedule carrier appointments and enter shipping details
• Sort, stack, and organize cartons based on shipping label and carrier requirements
• Maintain internal KPI standards for shipping accuracy and efficiency
• Support cross-training and assist in other departments as needed

Qualifications

Required:

• Prior shipping and/or warehouse experience
• Ability to lift 10–50 lbs repeatedly
• Experience packaging, labeling, and verifying shipments
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Ability to read, write, and speak English
• Team-oriented with a reliable work ethic
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment

• LTL shipping experience
• Experience shipping dangerous goods
• International shipping experience
• Excel experience
• Outlook proficiency
• Pallet jack experience
• Forklift experience (a plus, not required)
• Experience with vendor routing systems (e.g., Navisphere or similar)
