Databricks Lead Consultant (Santa Clara)
GyanSys is looking for a Databricks Lead for its direct client based in Santa Clara, CA.
Primary Focus: Delivery leadership, technical execution, and coordination
Responsibilities:
- Lead day‑to‑day Databricks implementation and delivery activities.
- Break down architecture into executable work packages and sprint plans.
- Coordinate with product owners, SMEs, and infrastructure teams.
- Oversee data pipelines, workflows, CI/CD, and release management.
- Ensure adherence to coding standards, performance SLAs, and timelines.
- Perform design and code reviews; resolve technical blockers.
- Provide regular status updates, risk visibility, and mitigation plans.
- Act as a bridge between Solution Architect and delivery team.
- Bachelors degree required
