On Demand Office Assistant Billing Specialist

The On Demand Office Assistant Billing Specialist will be responsible for managing the billing process for our clients. This includes creating invoices, tracking payments, and following up on outstanding balances. The ideal candidate will have excellent attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work independently.
- Co-ordinating the day-to-day travel activities associated with assigned projects.
- Follow up with technicians about travel plans and adjust as needed
- Audit mileage submitted by travelling technicians.
- Reduce Travel Expenses by 10% by creating profiles at National Hotel Chains.
- Credentialing technicians to meet hospital requirements.
- Create partnerships with key stakeholders for operational efficiencies as well as save the company money.
- Re-book travel every 30days inorder to find less expensive options.
- Conduct training of new Technicians on expense reporting and Ceridian.
- Review invoices from travel outputs such as rental cars and flights.
- Reconcile Concur travel credit cards monthly.
- Assists with identifying trends or recurring problems and escalates to management for resolution.
- Research fare and schedule information.
- Maintaining a high standard of business and ethical conduct with customers, vendors, and employees
- Work with Keynote, Google Suite, Microsoft Office, and virtual platforms such as Zoom
- Will provide backup administrative duties to Billing Specialist
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 2+ years of experience in billing or accounting
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
