Responsibilities:

• Follow the plan of care by Occupational Therapist and provide treatment to patients
• Interprets evaluation findings to provide care and safety relating to dysfunction
• Provides treatment based on the goals and follows through with treatment to achieve established goals
• Provides advice and education to patients and family
• Regularly assesses clinical signs and symptoms to determine the effectiveness of treatment, the progress of the patient towards goals, the need for modifying plans and treatment

Qualifications:

• Graduate of accredited Certified Occupational Therapy Assistant Program
• California COTA License
• Excellent communication skills
• Home Health experience preferred; not required

The pay range for this position is: $60-$75/visit. We are looking for COTA coverage in the following areas: Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, San Fernando Valley, Westlake, Agoura Hills, Canoga Park, Calabasas, Moorpark, Camarillo, Ventura, Oxnard, and Pasadena.
