We are seeking an Associate Mission Deployment Analyst with Active TS/SCI clearance (or the ability to obtain) to join our team. This role blends technical data gathering and pipeline building with intelligence tradecraft, ideal for someone with a DoD or Intelligence Community background who thrives at the intersection of mission support and creative uses of cutting-edge data technology.

• Configure and operate the Zignal platform to identify, collect, and refine relevant data from social media, news, and other online platforms
• Assist in building, curating, and maintaining structured datasets and pipelines tailored to mission requirements, with flexibility for urgent customer needs
  
• Translate mission requirements into clear data tasks, model specs, and dataset criteria with guidance from senior analysts
  
• Support deployment and monitoring of AI/ML and computer vision models to ensure accuracy and real-time performance
  
• Apply AI-driven capabilities (clustering, narrative detection, geolocation, media analysis, anomaly detection) to enhance data quality and relevance
  
• Collaborate with our Customer Success, Sales, Product, and Engineering teams to optimize ingestion, filtering, tagging, and enrichment workflows
  
• Stay current on emerging platforms, tools, and methods to improve data collection and mission support
  
• Uphold compliance with classification, security, and ethical standards for government-facing programs
  Required Qualifications
  

• Active TS/SCI clearance (or ability to re-obtain and maintain one)
  
• 3+ years of experience supporting DoD, IC, or defense contractor programs with data collection and analysis (link/social, geospatial, source analysis) with hands-on use of Palantir, i2, ArcGIS or equivalents
  
• Working knowledge of Boolean operators for building precise search queries
  
• Understanding of intelligence tradecraft and mission alignment, including familiarity with influence monitoring, narrative analysis, and threat/risk intelligence
  Preferred Qualifications
• Background in automating and scaling data pipelines for efficiency
  
• Familiarity with Python, SQL, or related scripting for data collection, transformation, and automation
  
• Basic understand of AI/ML concepts in large-scale data refinement (NLP, clustering, computer vision, anomaly detection)
