Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Busser to support our front-of-house team. The ideal candidate understands the pace and expectations of fine dining service and takes pride in maintaining a clean, organized, and seamless dining environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Clear and reset tables quickly and efficiently while maintaining fine dining standards
• Assist servers with water service, bread service, and table maintenance throughout the guest experience
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining room, service stations, and restrooms
• Polish glassware, flatware, and assist with general opening and closing duties
• Anticipate guest and team needs, providing proactive support during service
• Uphold sanitation, safety, and hygiene standards at all times

Qualifications:

• Previous busser or support role experience in an upscale or fine dining restaurant preferred
• Strong attention to detail and sense of urgency
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
• Team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
