Billing Administrative Specialist

Nissho of California is a dynamic and growing organization that provides Commercial Landscape Maintenance and Janitorial Services. We currently service San Diego, North County, Riverside, and Coachella Valley.
We are seeking an billing administrative assistant for our Maintenance division in our Vista location. The Administrative Assistant reports to the Office Manager and is responsible for executing any and all tasks required to maintain the productivity of the department. The successful candidate must have administrative and billing experience and be comfortable working independently. Your responsibilities include billing, reviewing payroll timesheets. You will also need to have basic mathematical skills, data entry and tracking skills as well as attention to detail.
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant who desires to grow with our company.

Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately and efficiently, ensuring all information is up-to-date.
- Assist with administrative duties, including filing, and organizing office supplies.
- Utilize Microsoft Office
- Support office management tasks and maintain a professional presence.

Pay: $20.00 - $24.00 per hour
