Scheduling Coordinator (Santa Ana)

An electric utility client is looking for a Scheduling Coordinator who will Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation

Locations:

Fontana, CA 92336 (Onsite) ( some traveling to other service centers; Redland, Arrowhead, Victorville )

Tulare, CA 93274 ( Onsite ) (some traveling to other service centers; Antelope Valley, Ridgecrest, Shaver Lake, Bishop, Mammoth, Tehachapi, Kernville)

Santa Ana, CA 92705 (Onsite) (some traveling to other service centers; Fullerton, Saddleback, Whittier)

Position: Scheduling Coordinator

Pay Rate : $32.36/hr on W2

Duration : 18 months or longer

Schedule: 1st shift, M-F, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Schedules and coordinates Main Panel Upgrade (MPU) disconnect/reconnect work by managing scheduling systems and documentation, communicating with customers and stakeholders, monitoring CPUC timelines for compliance, prioritizing backlog, and ensuring strict adherence to MPU procedures.

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent
• Experience supporting scheduling, coordination, administrative, or operations support functions; ability to manage deadlines, follow established procedures, and maintain accurate records; proficiency with basic computer and office software; and strong communication and customer service skills with follow-through across multiple stakeholders.

DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

• Education Requirement: High school diploma or equivalent required; associate degree or equivalent coursework in business, operations, or a related field preferred.
