Lead Product Manager, Risk/LTV (San Francisco)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Lead Product Manager for our Risk and LTV team to drive the development of risk models, fraud management, and monetization strategies. The role involves setting product strategy, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and impacting customer growth and satisfaction.

This is a hybrid position with 3 days/week onsite in New York. Relocation assistance may be available for candidates outside NY/NJ.

What youll do

• Develop product strategy and roadmap for risk management
• Coordinate with engineering to ensure successful implementation
• Work with design, legal, compliance, and risk teams to meet OKRs
• Prioritize customer interests and business needs
• Collaborate with Customer Support and Operations for optimal customer experience
• Mentor junior team members and foster a collaborative environment

Key qualifications

• 6+ years in product management
• Experience working closely with engineering teams
• Background in fintech, banking, or credit products
• Technical understanding of systems and architectures
• Experience with underwriting, fraud, or decisioning platforms is a plus
• Strong quantitative and data-driven decision skills
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Problem-solving mindset with curiosity
• Startup mentality and ability to manage multiple projects

The salary range for NY/NJ/CA locations is $239,000 - $262,000, commensurate with experience.
