Location: Folsom, CA

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Pay: $23.00 per hour

About the Role

Our growing insurance agency is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support our sales team and help deliver an exceptional client experience. This position plays a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of the sales process by assisting with client communications, policy documentation, data entry, and administrative support.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast-paced professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative support to insurance sales agents and office staff
• Prepare and process client paperwork, applications, and policy documents
• Maintain accurate client records and update information in agency management systems
• Answer incoming calls and emails, directing inquiries as appropriate
• Schedule appointments and follow up with prospective and existing clients
• Assist with policy renewals, endorsements, and customer service requests
• Generate reports and maintain sales activity records
• Ensure all documentation complies with company and regulatory requirements
• Support office operations and special projects as needed

Qualifications

• Previous administrative, sales support, or insurance experience
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Outlook, Word, and Excel
• Ability to multitask and manage priorities effectively
• Professional demeanor and commitment to providing outstanding customer service
• High school diploma or equivalent required
