ANALYST II
Job Description and Duties
Under the general direction of the Personnel Officer, the Benefits and Transactions Analyst functions as a lead resource and subject matter expert (SME) for both the Benefits and Transactions units. This position serves as a key analytical, technical, and consultative resource for the division. The incumbent provides comprehensive support across both the Benefits and Transactions functions by coordinating projects, conducting data analysis, processing personnel transactions, and administering employee benefit programs while modeling professionalism, respect, and excellence in every interaction. As a lead analyst, this position not only carries out complex analytical work but also represents leadership when delegated, ensuring that unit priorities are advanced with accuracy, timeliness, and integrity.
