We are seeking a results-driven **Marketing Analytics & Measurement Specialist** for a project-based engagement. This role is responsible for auditing, structuring, and delivering accurate measurement across paid media, funnels, and CRM data—turning performance data into actionable growth insights.

**Responsibilities:**

* Define and align marketing KPIs (CAC, ROAS, CPL, CVR, LTV) with business objectives.
* Audit and improve analytics implementations across GA4, GTM, ad platforms, and CRM.
* Implement and manage **Google Tag Manager** (events, triggers, variables, tags).
* Configure and optimize **GA4 event tracking**, conversions, and custom dimensions.
* Set up or refine dashboards for paid ads, funnel performance, and attribution.
* Analyze traffic sources, funnels, and conversion drop-offs.
* Validate data across ad platforms, analytics tools, and CRM systems.
* Provide clear insights, optimization recommendations, and documentation.

**Qualifications:**

* Proven experience in **marketing analytics or performance measurement** (project-based preferred).
* Strong knowledge of **GA4, ad platform reporting (Meta, Google Ads), CRM analytics**.
* Experience with funnel tracking, attribution models, and conversion analysis.
* Strong analytical thinking and attention to data accuracy.
* Ability to communicate insights clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
* Ability to work independently and deliver within a defined scope and timeline.
