🚀 Senior WooCommerce Web Developer (Remote | Full-time | EST Time zone)

Who will you be reporting to? Lead CRO Director of E-Commerce

🛠️Your Role:

• Join as a Senior Full-Stack WooCommerce Developer and become the engine behind the company's e-commerce growth and CRO program.
• You'll build and launch A/B tests, extend WooCommerce for personalization and dynamic pricing, and ensure data flows seamlessly into analytics tools, all while turning winning experiments into permanent features that drive real impact on revenue and user experience.

✏️ What You'll Do:

• Build and launch new layouts, features, and A/B tests in VWO, keeping a fast experiment cadence with rock-solid QA.
• Extend WooCommerce using custom hooks, filters, and plugins to add personalization, dynamic pricing, and conversion-boosting features.
• Deploy and maintain server-side GTM containers (or Segment/RudderStack) for reliable, privacy-safe tracking.

Qualifications

🎯What They're Looking For:

🧐Must-Haves:

• 2+ years hands-on with VWO, Optimizely, or Convert, delivering measurable lifts in conversion.
• Deep PHP 8 expertise, customizing WooCommerce.
• Strong modern JavaScript (ES6+) skills; front-end work with React or Vue.
• Experience building & consuming REST APIs.
• Familiarity with server-side tagging and tools like Docker or cloud platforms.

🪄 Bonus Points For:

• Git workflows & CI/CD pipelines.
• SQL for quick cohort analysis.
• WooCommerce performance tuning (caching, Redis, CDN).
• Experience with feature flags (LaunchDarkly, VWO Full-Stack).
• Background in growth teams or ownership of revenue-impact projects.
