The Role We're looking for a recruiter who's ready to shake things up. You won't just be filling seats — you'll be connecting passionate people to life-changing work. Think therapists, counselors, social workers, and advocates who make a real difference every day. Pretty cool, right?This role is onsite 3 days a week in LA.
A Day in Your Life
- Juggling around 10 reqs (sometimes 15 — we believe in you ?)
- Running pre-screens and delivering top talent to hiring managers
- Partnering with stakeholders like the team player you are
- Pivoting on a dime without breaking a sweat
- Come from retail, hospitality, or any high-volume, fast-paced recruiting world
- Love collaborating almost as much as you love a full pipeline
- Can hold your own in a room full of senior leaders
- Are hungry, scrappy, and genuinely mission-driven
- Handle ambiguity with a smile (or at least a shrug and a game plan)
- In-house recruiting experience
- A "let's figure it out" attitude
