Being a Collections Specialist at iManage means…
You will be responsible for the collections of outstanding accounts receivable dollars from the existing client base, as well as all aspects of collections, resolving customer disputes and reducing accounts receivable delinquency on a global basis.

You will be joining a collaborative, well-established, and close-knit team that partners globally with colleagues across Sales, Legal, Finance, and other departments to proactively address and resolve challenges. One of the standout aspects of this role is the opportunity to work cross-functionally with individuals at all levels—offering a dynamic, non-siloed experience that fosters broad organizational impact. This position plays a vital role in driving continuous improvement and serves as an integral part of the broader iManage team.

iM Responsible For…
  • Monitoring customer accounts and ensuring timely collection of payments in accordance with payment terms; proactively following up on overdue balances.
  • Contacting customers via phone, email, and written communication to collect payments, resolve disputes, and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Addressing and resolving billing issues promptly while providing excellent customer service.
  • Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of collection activities, payment arrangements, and customer communications.
  • Collaborating with internal teams—including Sales, Customer Success, and Finance—to resolve disputes and support timely payment.
  • Researching and resolving discrepancies on customer accounts, including unapplied payments and open credit memos.
  • Identifying causes of account delinquency and communicating findings and recommendations to management.
  • Managing an assigned accounts receivable portfolio by reviewing and prioritizing accounts and monitoring applicable collection reports.
  • Assisting with review and improvement of collection processes for our global operations.
iM Qualified Because I Have…
  • A minimum of 2 years of corporate collections experience including interaction with a large customer base.
  • A bachelor’s degree or higher.
  • Strong communication (both written and verbal), problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • A creative, self-driven mindset that helps me to complete critical tasks independently and with a sense of urgency.
  • Proficiency in database software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • An attention to detail with an eye for accuracy.

  • Experience using NetSuite and Tesorio.

The overall US annual base salary range for this position is $65,000 – $80,000 per year. Individual compensation for each candidate depends on factors such as qualifications, experience, and candidate location. This range does not include additional forms of compensation, such as bonuses, commission, or benefits.
