Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment? TETER is seeking a proactive and organized Project Assistant to support our Principals, Project Managers, and project teams in delivering architecture and engineering projects that make a difference in our communities.

What You'll Do

As a Project Assistant, you'll be the administrative backbone of our project delivery process. You will:

• Provide comprehensive support including document preparation, meeting coordination, and file management
• Assist with contracts, billing, and project health checks
• Maintain accurate data in our ERP system and track key project metrics
• Support the creation and submission of proposals, specifications, and reports
• Occasionally provide front desk coverage and assist with special projects

What You Bring

• 2–3 years of administrative or project coordination experience (AEC industry experience is a plus)
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills, high attention to detail
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to learn ERP systems
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, team-oriented mindset

Compensation & Benefits

• Hourly Pay Range: $26 to $31 (Actual pay depends on qualifications, experience, location, and business needs)
