About the Role

As a Full Stack Software Engineer, you will work across both consumer-facing and enterprise-grade applications that power a next-generation interview and talent analytics platform. You will take ownership of high-impact projects, designing systems that deliver low-latency, high-availability performance for users across the globe. Working closely with the founding team, you will have a direct hand in building products that influence how people find meaningful work and how companies hire better talent.

What You’ll Do

• Build robust and scalable software powering both candidate and employer experiences.
• Design and optimise systems to achieve ultra-low response latency and real-time interactivity.
• Scale infrastructure to support thousands of concurrent interviews across multiple regions and compliance frameworks.
• Develop integrations with enterprise clients’ internal hiring and HR systems.
• Design efficient vector databases to support complex candidate-matching queries.
• Create intuitive data visualisations that deliver insights quickly and clearly.
• Collaborate with product, design, and AI teams to enhance conversational models and overall platform intelligence.
• Drive product launches from concept to production with measurable user impact.

What We’re Looking For

• 3–8 years of software engineering experience building production-grade systems.
• Strong proficiency in backend and frontend technologies with an eye for performance and reliability.
• Experience designing and scaling distributed systems, APIs, and real-time infrastructure.
• Ability to work across both consumer and enterprise software contexts.
• Interest in AI-driven applications, conversational technology, or data analytics.
• Strong problem-solving mindset with a focus on elegant, high-impact solutions.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach to innovation.
