Position : Stabilization Interventionist

Location : San Jose CA (and surrounding counties) In-Person/Onsite Required

Reports to : Program Director

Employment Status : Full-time Hourly

Salary : $31.44 hourly opportunities for quarterly bonuses

Who You Are:

• Must hold a Bachelors Degree in Psychology Human Services Counseling Social Work Special Education Applied Behavior Analysis etc.
• Must have a California Drivers license in good standing and insurance.
• Preferred experience with the Developmentally Disabled population is a bonus!

The Job:

• Provide support to individuals in crisis; preventative acute or chronic crisis management.
• Implement Strategies and Interventions developed by CBEMs Critical Intervention Specialist (CIS).
• Consult with a Psychiatrist BCBA and Psychologist.
• Participate in clinical trainings
• Participate and/or facilitate Interdisciplinary planning meetings.
