Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–4:30 PM Job Description: Dinasty Security Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented AP/AR & Billing Specialist (Temp)to manage accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, collections, and payment recording. This role also supports all departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operations. Responsibilities:
- Create and send invoices to clients
- Track payments and manage collections
- Process vendor invoices and payments
- Maintain accurate AR/AP records and reconcile accounts
- Assist with reports, documentation, and general office tasks
- Support operations, HR, and other departments as needed
Skills/Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- High attention to detail
- Experience with AR/AP or billing preferred
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software
Requirements:
- Must pass pre-employment background check
- Authorized to work in the U.S.
- Bilingual preferred
- Reliable and punctual
- 1–2 years AR/AP or accounting experience required
