Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Credit Card Processing Representative to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for aquiring new customer accounts, analyzing credit data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. The ideal candidate will have already been doing this 2 years or more. Consideration will be given if less than two years. Professional Agents doing B2B sales only with an existing book of business. This position is crucial for maintaining the integrity of our credit processes while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Review and analyze credit applications to assess risk and determine creditworthiness.
• Communicate effectively with customers regarding their accounts, payment options, and credit policies.
• Perform data entry tasks accurately to maintain up-to-date customer records.
• Monitor accounts for signs of fraud and take appropriate action to mitigate risks.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve customer inquiries and issues promptly.
• We Provide bilingual support as needed to assist a diverse customer base.
• Stay informed about industry trends and changes in financial regulations that may impact credit operations.

Experience

• Must be currently or recent past a producing ISO
• Must have a current book of business or portfolio
