Key Holder ( Yucca Valley Location )

:

• Responsible for ensuring the grocery freight gets worked and is full, fresh, and labeled.
• Maintain store security including building security and cash handling.
• Update store management team about the progress of the store and staff on a regular basis
• Ensure that customers receive exceptional customer service through employee talent development.
• Maintaining a clean and well merchandised store environment that meets company standards.
• Maintain employee attitude and morale by recognizing co-workers performance and service; inspire employees so that each person contributes to the productivity of the store.
• Efficiently run store and manage floor when owners are absent; address concerns with employees as needed and follow up with owners.
• Be able to offer flexible availability which would include evenings, weekends and holidays
• Accurately receiving deliveries and communicating discrepancies in a timely manner
• Ensure all company policies and procedures are followed at all times.
• Ensures all front-end and cash controls are being followed to company guidelines.
• Responsible for reconciling cashier drawers, cashier audits, and reconciling safe.
• Ensures all closing procedures are followed and closing checklist has been executed daily.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $17.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
