What To Expect
Consider before submitting an application: This position is expected to start around May or June 2026 and continue through the Summer term (ending approximately August 2026) or continuing into Fall 2026 if available and there is an opportunity to do so. We ask for a minimum of 12 weeks, full-time and on-site, for most internships. Our internship program is for students who are actively enrolled in an academic program. Recent graduates seeking employment after graduation and not returning to school should apply for full-time positions, not internships. International Students: If your work authorization is through CPT, please consult your school on your ability to work 40 hours per week before applying. You must be able to work 40 hours per week on-site. Many students will be limited to part-time during the academic year. As a Sales and Delivery Project Manager you will dive into critical challenges across our Sales and Delivery organization, ensuring the field executes on standards by breaking down silos, working closely with cross-functional teams and providing field feedback to support partners. You will be challenged to drive process improvements across all Sales and Delivery functions, translating learnings from one project to the next. You will be responsible for ensuring quality standards are met, while providing cost efficient, scalable solutions to issues affecting the customer experience. You will be measured on your ability to execute on key Sales and Delivery Initiatives, including but not limited to pre-delivery and delivery operations, sales operations, and compliance. What You'll Do Conduct market research on key demographics to support the missionPerform targeted event planning and outbound sourcing for business generation Monitor social media for experiential opportunitiesCoordinate resources, provide clear direction and timelines for deliverables, and delegate tasks across the teamExecute key sales and delivery initiatives, including pre-delivery and delivery operations, sales operations, and complianceConsolidate feedback and provide updates to key stakeholders and the central support teamVisit sites regularly to review activities, implement quality and customer service standards, resolve problems, identify trends, escalate challenges, and provide feedback to the Central Support TeamIdentify and communicate areas for continuous improvement in sales and delivery reporting and analyticsAssist with new location openings by highlighting key needs and ensuring successful setup for sales and delivery operations What You'll Bring Impeccable organizational skills and acute attention to detailProven ability to handle multiple projects with competing prioritiesExcellent verbal and written communication skills, strong proficiency in Microsoft OfficeDemonstrated ability to quickly grasp new concepts and proactively seek clarification when neededStrong ability to build and maintain positive working relationships with internal business functions globally, as well as external vendors Benefits
Compensation and Benefits
As a full-time Tesla Intern, you will be eligible for:
