Operator 2, Packaging Operations
Roles & Responsibilities
- Inspect in-process packaging and components to ensure consistent quality.
- Remove defective products and packaging materials.
- Perform finished product packaging to meet customer, internal, and clinical demands.
- Ensure all packaging is done in accordance with procedures and quality specifications.
- Maintain accurate documentation of manufacturing activities, including device history records and inventory counts.
- Perform simple mathematical calculations to assist in batch record completion.
- Participate in safety audits and daily safety discussions.
- Perform routine cleaning of packaging stations and processing equipment.
- Comply with personal protective equipment and product contamination control requirements.
- Handle hazardous waste appropriately.
Experience Required
- Minimum of 1 year of industry work experience.
Skills & Certifications
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work well in a team environment.
- Good documentation practices.
- Familiarity with computers and general business software.
- Ability to perform basic mathematical calculations.
Eligibilities & qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Must be willing and able to work a flexible schedule, including static or rotating shifts and overtime as required.
