We seek a Director who embodies both clinical excellence and compassionate leadership to inspire and elevate the standards of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of hospice nurses and clinical staff to deliver unparalleled care.
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of clinical services, ensuring adherence to the highest standards of patient care and regulatory compliance.
- Cultivate a mission-driven team culture that emphasizes support, engagement, and holistic patient care.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive care strategies.
- Monitor quality metrics, spearheading initiatives for continuous improvement in patient care and operational efficiency.
- Support the professional development and educational growth of staff to maintain and enhance clinical excellence.
- Engage in strategic planning to drive organizational growth and success.
- Demonstrate exceptional leadership by actively participating in frontline care during critical situations.
Requirements:
- A current Registered Nurse (RN) license in California or willingness to apply.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) is required; a Master’s degree in Nursing (MSN) is preferred.
- 3-5+ years of experience in hospice or palliative care.
- At least 2 years of leadership or management experience within a clinical setting.
- Profound knowledge of hospice regulations and compliance standards.
- Exceptional communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
- A proven track record of building and scaling hospice programs is advantageous.
- An innovative spirit, with a willingness to explore new methods for enhancing care delivery and team support within an interdisciplinary environment.
