As an Operations Manager at Valley Fitness, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and supportive environment where your contributions will directly impact the success of our facility. Compensation:$20 - $25 hourly
Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate daily operational activities to ensure smooth business operations.
- Manage and optimize resources to meet financial targets and budget goals.
- Implement operational policies and procedures to optimize efficiency and productivity.
- Monitor and analyze operational processes.
- Oversee staff scheduling and ensure adequate coverage to meet operational needs.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide feedback to staff to ensure high-performance standards are met.
- 2+ years of experience in operations management.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
- Ability to work nights and weekends.
- Experience in the fitness industry.
- High Energy.
- Trustworthy.
