What You'll Do

• Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to educate clients on gold, silver, platinum, and palladium investment options.

• Guide clients through the process of setting up Gold IRAs or direct metals purchases.

• Build trust and long-term relationships with clients through consultative selling and personalized strategy.

• Consistently follow up, track sales activities, and manage a healthy pipeline using our CRM.

• Work closely with our in-office team to share wins, collaborate, and exceed individual and team goals.

✅ What We’re Looking For

• 1–3 years of experience in phone-based B2C or financial sales (experience in high-ticket items is a plus)

• Excellent communication skills and a confident, consultative approach

• High energy, competitive spirit, and the ability to close deals

• Strong organizational habits and comfort working within a CRM system

• A desire to grow with a purpose-driven company

• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. and able to work on-site in Calabasas, CA
