Senior Project Manager
Senior Project Manager position for large HVAC/Plumbing Contractor in Sacramento, CA
We are a large, growing HVAC/Plumbing Mechanical Contractor currently looking for a Senior Project Manager to join our team. This is a permanent position with a great salary and benefits package as well as career-growth opportunities.
Responsibilities:
- Meet with Owners and General Contractors
- Coordinate with Subcontractors
- Manage project schedule, budget, change-orders
- Submit RFI’s
- Ensure projects are completed on-time and under budget
Required experience:
- Work on large hvac/plumbing projects for Mechanical/Plumbing Contractor
- Local in Sacramento
- Stable work-history
Preferred qualifications:
- Bachelors in Mechanical Engineering or Construction Management
- LEED AP Certification
- Technical knowledge in MS Project, Quickpen, BlueBeam, Viewpoint, among others
- Prior field experience
