Rosewood Miramar Beach, a Rosewood Hotel, is looking for an extraordinary Leisure Sales Manager. We are recruiting for a Leisure Sales Manager position to join the Sales & Marketing team at Rosewood Miramar Beach. As Sales Manager and reporting to the Director of Leisure Sales, you will manage the relationships and penetration of luxury travel agency accounts within an assigned geographical market. You will also serve as a Rosewood Miramar Beach ambassador to the customers and their clients (our guests). This is a key position for supporting the financial success of Rosewood Miramar Beach.
- Actively identify and develop new business opportunities in your assigned market and segment while nurturing long-term partnerships with existing clients.
- Think creatively and strategically to craft tailored proposals and experiences that reflect the property’s identity and exceed client expectations.
- Leverage systems and tools in line with brand and property guidelines to track performance and ensure seamless client interactions.
- Collaborate closely with internal departments and stakeholders to maximize conversion and capitalize on high-potential opportunities.
- Contribute to the Sales & Marketing strategy by analyzing trends and providing actionable insights to address future business needs.
- Build and maintain key account plans, with a strong focus on objectives, timelines, and revenue growth strategies.
- Engage with decision-makers at all organizational levels, adapting communication and sales techniques to secure new business.
- Prepare and deliver detailed performance reports and client presentations with clarity and impact.
- Preference for this position is to be property-based, however remote-based candidates in key source markets may be considered.
Experience & Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Hospitality, or a sales-related field is preferred.
- A minimum of 3 years’ experience in luxury hotels, with 1-2 years in a similar managerial role.
- Familiarity with LQA/Forbes standards and systems like Opera PMS, Sales Force and Microsoft Office Suite.

The salary range for this position is $100,000 to $110,000. This is the pay range for this position that the Hotel reasonably expects to pay. This position also may be eligible for bonuses. Decisions regarding individual salaries will be based on a number of factors, such as experience, type of hotel experience, location, and education.
