Your Day-to-Day

• Lead the daily operations of the Vocational Nursing Program, maintaining academic excellence and regulatory integrity
• Develop and refine curriculum that meets California state requirements and positions students for licensure success
• Recruit, mentor, and evaluate faculty and staff to sustain a high standard of instruction
• Track program outcomes and drive targeted improvements in student retention and graduation rates
• Maintain compliance with all accrediting bodies and state nursing board regulations
• Partner with internal departments and external stakeholders to expand program resources and opportunities
• Build an inclusive, supportive environment where students and faculty can thrive

What We're Looking For

Education

• Master's degree in Nursing or a related field required
• Doctorate in Nursing or related field preferred

Experience

• Minimum three years of experience as a Registered Nurse, including at least one year in teaching, clinical supervision, or a combination — within a state-approved RN, vocational, or practical nursing program; or a minimum of three years in nursing administration or nursing education within the last five years
• Proven track record in program development and accreditation processes
• Strong background in curriculum development for vocational or practical nursing programs

Skills

• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
