You’ll work across multiple key areas as our product offerings scale; help shape the overall ecosystem of our product line; architect forward-looking designs to unify current and future ecosystem elements; and propagate a product launch mindset across the software team.

  • Contribute to critical design decisions across device, client, and server components.

  • Mentor team members and promote knowledge sharing across the organization.

  • Work closely with other engineers and cross-functional teams to plan and build.

  • Document architectural designs and key decision-making processes.

  • Ensure compliance with medical software standards and regulations.

  • Follow best practices to create and maintain reproducible, clear, and highly documented code.

Role Qualifications

  • Significant experience in building production applications.

  • Proficiency in Python and at least one other language.

  • Experience in systems design and working with performance-critical code.

  • Strong understanding of data flows and API design.

  • Clear understanding of coding standards and documentation practices for production systems.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity and privacy best practices.

  • Experience building HIPAA-compliant systems that handle PHI and PII.

  • Understanding of the end-to-end software lifecycle for medical data products, having shipped multiple items to production.

  • Familiarity with medical sensor data, time series data, and/or brain data.

What We Offer

  • An opportunity to work on exciting, cutting-edge projects to transform patients’ lives in a highly collaborative work environment.

  • Competitive compensation, including stock options.

  • Comprehensive benefits package.

  • 401(k) program with matching contributions.
