Lead Raw Material Planner

• Salary: $81,541-101,926 plus annual target bonus

• Ensures the continuity of supply of raw material components needed for the company's manufacturing plants, provides leadership within the raw materials team and is a subject matter expert
• Create and maintain purchase orders for raw materials based on supply chain requirements and coordinate inbounds with feedback from planning, manufacturing, and raw material suppliers
• Review raw material inventory exceptions and trends to optimize safety stock and inventory levels
• Work closely with plants/procurement to update Defective Material Request (DMR) database accurately to ensure requests go through all phases
• Develop and maintain inventory plans for new, limited time only, promotional, and discontinuing raw materials
• Assemble raw material purchase forecasts for suppliers and internal reporting
• Travel up to 10% of the time
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications: Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree and 4 plus years of related or High School Diploma/General Education Diploma and 7 plus years of specific experience

Preferred Education and Experience:

• Association for Supply Chain Management (ASCM) Certifications
