Product Manager - AI

Our client, a fast-growing software development startup, is seeking a Senior Product Manager, AI to lead the development of cutting-edge AI workflows across its social commerce platform. This is a high-impact, highly visible role reporting directly to the CEO, ideal for a product leader who thrives in fast-moving environments, craves ownership, and is energized by shipping meaningful products at speed.

You will play a central role in shaping AI-driven experiences—from generative prompting systems to data-powered decision engines—while working closely with engineering, design, and customer-facing teams. Success in this role requires sharp execution, strong product instincts, and a deep empathy for users.

What You'll Do

• Own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI capabilities, from discovery and strategy through launch and iteration
• Lead development of generative AI workflows , prompting systems, and AI-powered features within a social commerce ecosystem
• Partner closely with engineering, design, and go-to-market teams to translate customer needs into scalable AI solutions
• Define, measure, and optimize success metrics for AI features (e.g., accuracy, conversion lift, automation impact)
• Identify and prioritize high-impact opportunities in AI-driven social engagement, personalization, and commerce
• Ship quickly, iterate relentlessly, and take ownership of core, high-visibility initiatives from day one
• Operate comfortably in ambiguity while maintaining strong product direction and momentum

What We're Looking For

• 3–5+ years of product management experience , with exposure to AI-forward or data-driven products
• Demonstrated career progression with increasing ownership and scope
• Experience in high-growth startup environments
• Familiarity with AI concepts and building AI-powered products (generative AI, workflows, decision systems)
• Background in social, shopping, influencer, or creator-driven platforms strongly preferred
• Ability to prototype, iterate, or vibe code to quickly test ideas
• Working knowledge of data science concepts and data storytelling (preferred)
• Bachelor's degree from a top 25 institution (required for earlier-career candidates, 3–5 years of experience range)
