WHAT YOU'LL DO

  • Diagnose, repair, and maintain a broad range of commercial HVAC systems — rooftop units, split systems, chillers, boilers, cooling towers, VRF systems, and more
  • Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to keep client systems running at peak performance
  • Respond to emergency service calls and resolve issues efficiently and professionally
  • Represent the company with a high standard of professionalism — you are often the face our clients see
  • Collaborate with area service managers and a strong team of fellow technicians
  • Adhere to all safety policies and procedures at every job site

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

We are primarily looking for senior-level technicians. Here is what qualifies:

  • Experience: 10+ years preferred; 5+ years considered for candidates with strong experience.
  • Certifications: EPA Universal Certification required; valid driver's license required
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (preferred); trade school background a plus
  • Background: Commercial HVAC service experience is ideal — residential backgrounds from well-run operations are also welcome
