Job Title: Solar Foreman

Job Description

As a Solar Foreman you will be managing and overseeing commercial solar projects through out the central valley. Your role includes writing daily reports, training and leading a team as well as ensuring adherence to project plans, schedules and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Organizing and staging equipment and materials
• Installing solar modules, panels, and racking systems
• Overseeing all aspects of the installation
• Providing quality assurance
• Write daily reports documenting project progress and challenges.
• Train and guide new hires, ensuring they understand their roles and responsibilities.
• Conduct regular safety meetings to maintain a safe working environment.

Requirements

• Proven experience managing commercial solar projects as a lead or a foreman
• 3+ years of experience in electrical and solar installation
• Strong communication skills- coordinating with owners and other contractors
• Ability to work comfortably outdoors in diverse weather conditions including hot, cold, and wet for a full day’s shift
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record; willingness to travel to project sites as needed.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $28.00 - $35.00/hr.
