About The Opportunity:
Join a clean, modern dental laboratory dedicated to precision, organization, and exceptional service. The Customer Service Representative plays a key role in maintaining accurate records, supporting clients, and ensuring smooth case flow across departments. This position is ideal for professionals who are detail-oriented, thrive in fast-paced environments, and enjoy multitasking while delivering great client support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Enter and update case data accurately in the production system, ensuring quality and timeliness.
- Process remake and repair cases, updating information after evaluation.
- Manage case holds, scheduling changes, and workflow adjustments.
- Answer incoming calls promptly and direct inquiries to the correct team.
- Communicate with clients on case status, scheduling, pricing, and product options.
- Create invoices, air bills, and packing slips for shipping.
- Schedule daily pickups and messenger requests.
- Scan and file case documentation, photos, and shade tabs.
- Enter and manage new client accounts, including assigned groups such as UCLA.
- Coordinate in-lab and in-office appointments for abutments, shades, and finishes.
- Maintain internal calendars and alert staff to schedule updates.
- Assist other departments as needed to support seamless operations.
Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong data entry accuracy and computer proficiency, including standard office software.
- Organized, detail-oriented, and able to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service mindset.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable, proactive, and punctual.
- Experience in a dental laboratory or dental office is a plus.
Compensation And Benefits:
- Hourly pay between $21 and $25 based on experience.
