TLC Nursing Associates, Inc. is seeking an experienced Ultrasound Technologist to perform high?quality diagnostic ultrasound examinations, ensure patient safety, and uphold regulatory standards. Responsibilities
- Operate ultrasound equipment to obtain high?quality diagnostic images.
- Position patients properly, ensuring comfort and adherence to safety protocols.
- Collaborate with radiologists and healthcare providers to review and assess imaging results.
- Maintain accurate patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
- Follow strict infection?control standards and troubleshoot equipment issues promptly.
- Adapt quickly to different facility workflows and contribute positively to each healthcare team.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or related field.
- ARDMS or CCI certification required (additional state licensure if applicable).
- Minimum 2 years of experience in ultrasound imaging preferred.
- Proficiency in abdominal, vascular, OB/GYN, and cardiac ultrasound techniques.
- Excellent communication, critical?thinking, and patient?care skills.
- Willingness and ability to accept travel assignments across multiple facilities.
