Warehouse Clerk Summary – Focus on Inventory Control & Shipping/Receiving
Detail-oriented Warehouse Clerk with strong experience supporting high-volume shipping, receiving, and inventory control operations. Skilled in verifying freight documentation, preparing shipping paperwork, and ensuring all outbound orders are accurately packed, labeled, and compliant with customer or carrier requirements. Adept at providing tracking updates, resolving delivery issues, and maintaining clear communication with carriers to support efficient dock scheduling and freight movement.
Experienced in signing drivers in/out, directing carriers to appropriate dock doors, and updating WMS systems to ensure precise documentation of inbound and outbound goods. Proven ability to record received materials accurately, maintain inventory integrity, and generate regular reports for management regarding shipment status, inventory levels, and process improvements. Organized, reliable, and able to prioritize workload under tight deadlines while supporting overall warehouse efficiency.
