PIMCO seeks an Associate Product Manager to advance our proprietary AI platform for sales, marketing, and finance. The role focuses on developing and executing a technology roadmap, collaborating with cross-functional teams, driving adoption and measurable business value.

Key Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain a multi-year technology roadmap to enhance sales capabilities by integrating technology, data, and operations.
  • Lead cross-functional collaboration to develop and launch scalable, resilient, and user-centric products.
  • Prioritize features, create user stories, and translate business needs into clear requirements.
  • Conduct market and user research to inform product strategy and stay current on asset management and sales technology trends.
  • Build strong stakeholder relationships, gather feedback, and ensure alignment with product vision.
  • Present updates and product metrics to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize product performance and measure ROI.
  • Support platform success through effective launch strategies, training, and marketing materials.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or equivalent experience
  • 3–5 years’ experience in technology or digital product management within asset or wealth management.
  • Strong understanding of asset management, sales technology systems, and product management best practices.
  • Proven ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively.
  • Excellent consultative, analytical, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Focus on UI/UX and familiarity with scrum methodologies.
  • Global perspective and experience with sales and servicing technology are advantageous.
PIMCO follows a total compensation approach when rewarding employees which includes a base salary and a discretionary bonus. Base salary is the fixed component of compensation that is determined by core job responsibilities, relevant experience, internal level, and market factors. The discretionary bonus is used to award performance and therefore is determined by company, business, team, and individual performance.
Salary Range: $ 94,000.00 - $ 102,000.00
