Athleta Senior Manager, Influencer Marketing
- Develop comprehensive influencer strategies and campaigns for seasonal launches, brand campaigns, ongoing engagement, and brand initiatives, drive brand awareness, foster engagement and loyalty.
- Partner closely with our influencer agency-of-record, serving as the primary point of contact across all campaigns end-to-end.
- Actively cultivate relationships with on-brand influencers and industry contacts, enhancing and diversifying the Athleta influencer community.
- Manage product seeding efforts to actively engage and expand our creator community.
- Establish clear KPIs and benchmarks for all programming, regularly reporting on outcomes and analyzing performance.
- Contribute to the management of Creator IQ and Tribe Dynamics, tracking monthly performance and scaling both short- and long-term objectives.
- Assist in the development and management of Influencer Marketing budgets, ensuring alignment with strategic plans.
- Integrate paid media strategies into influencer campaigns to boost visibility and achieve measurable results, working with cross-functional teams to enhance overall performance.
- Remain up to date on trending content, conversations, news, cultural events and emerging social formats.
- 8+ years marketing experience with 5+ years experience in social and influencermarketing.
- 3+ years of experience managing teams, with a proven track record of collaborative leadership, team building, and managing individual contributors.
- Experience working with / managing agencies and internal partners.
- Extensive experience managing and implementing influencer marketing strategies, building relationships, and developing partnerships with key influencers.
- Strong analytical abilities, with a track record of reporting and optimizingperformance metrics.
- Proficient in managing departmental budgets efficiently.
- Eager to learn and thrive in a complex, matrixed organization with a proven trackrecord of working cross-functionally to drive change.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate and drive consensus across multiple teams and functions.
- Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to work through ambiguity, transformenterprise-wide ways of working, and infuse strategic thinking across levels.
- Extensive knowledge of social media platforms and influencer marketing trends.
- Must be able to prioritize and handle several projects at the same time in a fastpaced environment while adhering to shifting deadlines to support business needs/social trends.
