Senior Credit Analyst
Role Summary
We are looking for a passionate and talented Senior Credit Analyst to join our dynamic team! In this pivotal role, you will oversee all credit and accounts receivable functions, including credit risk analysis, collections, customer credit relationships, and compliance. You'll collaborate closely with the A/R team and fellow credit team members while partnering with Sales and Finance to ensure timely cash flow and effectively mitigate credit risk.
Key Responsibilities
- Evaluate credit risk and enthusiastically approve credit terms and limits for both new and existing customers.
- Manage an accounts receivable portfolio with a focus on ensuring timely collections and resolving past-due accounts.
- Develop and administer payment plans, notes receivable, UCC filings, and referrals to third-party collections when necessary.
- Partner with Sales and internal stakeholders to resolve credit issues and actively support profitable growth.
- Lead engaging monthly credit reviews and provide insightful recommendations on creditworthiness and collection strategies.
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and applicable regulations (including SOX).
- Drive exciting process improvements and best practices within the credit function.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a combination of education and equivalent work experience.
- 5+ years of progressive credit and collections experience, including credit risk analysis.
- Prior leadership or supervisory experience is a plus!
- Knowledge of credit law, collections practices, and financial analysis.
- Advanced communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft-based or similar related business systems.
- Bilingual desired but not a requirement.

Reports To: Director of Finance
FLSA Status: Full-time, Exempt
Salary Range: 95k to 110k (annual)
