· Execute store-level allocations including initial sends, replenishment, and size balancing, with an eye toward building scalable allocation strategies as the business grows.

· Analyze business performance, identifying risks and opportunities while providing actionable recommendations.

· Optimize product lifecycle management including markdown strategy, liquidation opportunities, and inventory productivity.

· Monitor KPIs including sales, gross margin, sell-through, weeks of supply, inventory turn, size curve performance, and forecast accuracy.

· Drive forecasting accuracy through detailed analysis of historical trends, customer demand, and promotional activity.

· Partner closely with Merchandising, Retail Operations, Finance, and Supply Chain to drive business decisions and ensure cross-functional alignment.

· Support new outlet openings and expansion initiatives through inventory planning, assortment strategies, and allocation infrastructure.

· Actively participate in the development and improvement of planning tools, reporting, and processes to support a scalable and growing outlet business.

Skills, Knowledge and Expertise

· Bachelor’s degree in business, Finance, Merchandising, Retail Management, or a related field.

· 5+ years of merchandise financial planning experience in retail, outlet, or off-price, combined with 2 or more years of store-level allocation experience spanning both tactical execution and strategic inventory deployment.

· Strong understanding of retail financial metrics, inventory management, forecasting, and Open-to-Buy planning.

· Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups, and financial modeling.

· Experience with planning systems such as SAP, Oracle, Toolio, or similar platforms.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into business strategies.

· Excellent communication and presentation skills with experience influencing cross-functional partners.

· Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.

· Comfortable working in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment with changing priorities.

What We're Looking For

· A commercially minded planner who understands the unique dynamics of outlet retail and inventory optimization.

· Someone who balances strategic thinking with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and work in the details.

· A proactive problem solver who anticipates challenges and develops thoughtful, data-driven solutions.

· A collaborative partner who builds strong relationships across merchandising, retail, operations, finance, and supply chain.

· An individual who thrives in ambiguity, embraces change, and is excited by the opportunity to help build and scale a world-class retail organization.
