Lead Full Stack Engineer About the Job: We re looking for an experienced full stack developer to join us in shaping the foundation of a new decentralized financial system reporting directly to our CTO. Responsibilities: Design, build, and scale across our React frontends, Django backends, and EVM smart contracts Optimize applications for speed, security, and scalability Solve complex problems in tokenization, workflow automation, and cross-chain finance Stay on the leading edge of AI-powered development and tooling (we re big on Cursor, Copilot, and experimentation) Work in tight, fast-moving loops with mentorship and code reviews from our CTO and senior engineers Qualification: Required: ~3+ years experience building, shipping, and maintaining production web apps in a cloud-native environment ~ Deep expertise in Python or TypeScript (must be advanced in at least one) ~3+ years experience working with dApps or blockchain-based platforms ~ Comfortable navigating complex systems and making pragmatic, user-centric decisions ~ A self-starter with high ownership, high agency, and strong attention to detail ~ Strong appetite for using AI tools to write better, faster, and cleaner code Bonus: Experience working with Next.js, Django, or Google Cloud Prior experience in exchanges, DeFi protocols, or web3 infrastructure Why Join?
